Welcome to Summerlin
Perfectly positioned on the edge of the Spring Mountains and west of the Red Rock Canyon.
Summerlin is the largest master-planned community in Greater Las Vegas, earning accolades as one of the best places to hang your hat in Nevada. It has gotten credit for redefining Las Vegas and making the area an incredible place to live. Residents love the many opportunities for high-end shopping and annual events the community offers; its urban environment influences much of the local lifestyle.
As an added benefit, Summerlin has also been nationally recognized over the last two decades for its award-winning design throughout its seven district villages. They comprise diverse architectural styles; by law, each home must be at least 15% outdoor living space. Residents enjoy courtyards, patios, miradors, etc. Many homes have four-sided designs that integrate a variety of elevations with materials like stone and brick.
The extravagance and exclusivity of the Summerlin villages in the community have attracted many celebrities to its properties, the most recent being the acclaimed actor Mark Wahlberg. And, as the sun shines on the area most of the year, fueling more vibrant events and gatherings, it becomes clear that there is no better community to call home in Nevada.
