Welcome to Seven Hills

A luxurious green community with parks that connect by underground tunnels.

Seven Hills is the definition of luxury and lavish living. Not only does its name derive from the Seven Hills of Rome, which was the heart of the Ancient City, but its Italian theme extends to the architectural design throughout the neighborhood. In consequence, its residential and commercial buildings are characteristic of the Italian Rennaisance, with a mix of Spanish eclectic interwoven throughout.

Surrounding the Rio Secco Golf Club — the course of choice for the annual Wendy’s Three Tour Challenge — residents have exclusive access to leisurely or competitive golfing at Henderson’s finest course. Golfers enjoy a beautiful view of Las Vegas, a bar and restaurant famously designed by Rees Jones, and 18-holes of fast play.

The master-planned community is exclusive to its residents and gated off from the public. Inside, there is an array of amenities, including a movie theater, fitness center, gourmet restaurants, and boutiques (a beauty salon, pool, and spa).

What to Love

  • Just five miles from the Strip and two miles from Green Valley Ranch
  • Nine connecting parks with underground tunnels and more than eight miles of walkways
  • Luxurious communities are behind guard gates, with the most lavish homes lining the Rio Secco golf course
